Location

This year’s convention will be held in the heart of Austin, Texas, at the Wyndham Garden Austin hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just south of downtown Austin.

The non-smoking hotel is located just four miles from the Texas State Capitol. With extensive meeting facilities, on-site dining, leisure facilities, and spacious guestrooms, it’s a perfect choice for the convention.

The pet-friendly hotel offers a spacious courtyard, outdoor pool, fitness center, and free parking. Grab dinner at the Revive! restaurant and enjoy a cocktail at the Rewind bar before retreating to your guest room that features free Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and a mini-refrigerator. The hotel also features a free 24-hour airport shuttle.

There are plenty of restaurants within minutes of the hotel, whether you’re looking for something familiar or something more unique to Austin. There are also plenty of stores nearby if you need to grab something. We’ve compiled a short list of nearby dining and stores to help. We’ve also shared a list of some of Austin’s great area attractions.

Reservations

We’ve managed to secure a convention rate of $96 per night (plus tax) for a single King or double Queen room. To make your reservation, click on this link or call the hotel directly at (737) 304-0630 and use booking code 061726NMR. The rate is good for any night starting Wednesday June 17 through Sunday night, June 21, 2026. You will not be charged for your stay until you arrive, and you can cancel without a fee up until the first day of your stay (see hotel for details).

You must make your reservations by April 30, 2026 to receive this rate, so don’t delay!
