This website is operated jointly by the Convention Host Organization (for the 2026 convention, the Cen-Tex Division of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA)) and the Lone Star Region (LSR) of the NMRA.

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to manage convention registrations and purchases.

We collect personal information only when you register for the convention or purchase items through our online store. This may include:

  • Name and badge name
  • Email address
  • Mailing address and phone number

  • NMRA membership information (if applicable)
  • Registration and payment details

We do not collect personal data from visitors who simply browse the site.

Email Lists

Convention Email List
Used only for registration confirmations, updates, and important information about the event. All registrants are automatically subscribed. These are transactional messages, not marketing emails.

Lone Star Region (LSR) Email List
Used for newsletters and updates from the LSR. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each message.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information is shared only with:

  • The Convention Host Organization
  • The Lone Star Region of the NMRA
    • The LSR uses Moosend, a trusted email service provider, to manage the LSR email list and send messages securely
  • Trusted payment processors such as PayPal, used solely to complete your transaction

These partners handle your data securely and only for the intended purpose.

Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and PayPal. All communication between partners is encrypted. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment details on our servers.

Data Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access or misuse. Registration records are retained only as long as necessary to manage the convention and comply with NMRA recordkeeping guidelines.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request to review, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. We will honor reasonable requests in accordance with legal requirements.
